Conference registration

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES (in Euros, including VAT at 19,6%)
Participants requiring an invitation letter for visa or other purposes will be able to print it from the website after having registered.

On site registration
After June 15, 2003, participants will have to register on site. On conference site, registration fees will be 550 euros for regular participants, 300 euros for students, and 150 euros for accompanying persons.

Refund policy
Cancellations received in writing before March 15, 2003 will be refunded less €80 cancellation fee. Written cancellations received after March 15 an before May 1, 2003 will be refunded at half (50%) of the cost. There will be no refund for accompanying persons after March 15, 2003. After May 1, 2003 there will be no refunds.

The following services are offered to all delegates (except for the accompanying persons):
Registration fees for regular participants and students cover admission to all sessions of the Conference and Exhibition, as well as the Opening session and welcome reception. Also included are Conference publications which will be delivered on site as well as a city pass giving unlimited access to transportation during the time of the Conference. 

	Student/post-docs registration
	To qualify for the student registration fee, students/post-docs will be asked to present proof of full- time enrolment at an accredited university or college, or a letter from the head of laboratory.
	Media registration
	Accreditation may take the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying assignment to the Conference on the stationery of the media organization concerned. Freelance journalists should submit copies of three (3) by-lined articles on HIV/AIDS in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletter containing at least one by-lined article on HIV/AIDS by the applicant. All credentials will be verified by the Conference organizers. Media participants cannot register on line, they should complete the special Media Registration Form which can be downloaded from this website
	Scholarships
	Scholarship applicants are asked to: 1. register on line when submitting their abstract. 2. Use the special Scholarship Application Form which can be downloaded here.
	International Awards
	International Awards applicant, if submitting an abstract (optional) are asked to: 1. register on line when submitting their abstract. 2. Complete the special International Awards Application Form which can be downloaded from this website and send it to the Conference secretariat with a copy of their abstract.
	Accompanying person registration
	A special registration package is available for persons accompanying regular participants. It includes tickets for the Opening session and welcome reception and a Paris visit card giving unlimited access to city transportation.

Payment of registration fees can be made on line using a credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express). We ensure that your payment will be secure.
