submitted abstract(s), by post or courier, before March 15, 2003.
International Awards

and housing grant, daily allowance and free
registration to the Conference.
Applications to the International Awards
Programme will be selected by an International Awards Committee originating from the Scientific Programme Committee. The selection of applications from scientists and clinicians from developing countries will be based on their involvement with HIV research or clinical care,
commitment to setting up international
collaborations, and to sharing what will be
learned at the Conference with their communities.
Applicants must complete the International
Awards Application Form and return it to the
Conference Secretariat, by ordinary mail or
courier before March 15 - extended deadline, 2003. Although they
are also strongly encouraged to submit abstracts, the selection of Award recipients will not be abstract-driven.
